Job Description

Your Challenge

You will
work alongside our clients from various industries on strategic marketing
consulting and interim management projects. You will be continuously supported
by your client partner, counselor (career coach), and the experts from The
House of Marketing and our other Customer Collective entities.

  • Project
    delivery
    You
    will take responsibility for delivering projects on time, exceeding our
    clients' expectations. Whether working in a project team or individually,
    you will be involved in various marketing domains, including digital
    strategy, e-commerce, marketing automation, innovation, product and brand
    management, organizational design, value management, and customer
    experience across a wide range of sectors.
  • Knowledge
    sharing and development
    You will contribute to strengthening The House of Marketing's
    equity by sharing your expertise, coaching junior colleagues, and
    identifying new opportunities for our clients with an open-minded
    approach.

Your Profile

  • A broad or T-shaped marketing
    profile (as we call it), with business acumen and a proven track record in
    marketing.
  • 4 to 8 years of work
    experience in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
  • A consulting mindset: eager
    to challenge the status quo and create an impact for our clients.
  • A solid marketing background:
    demonstrated experience in marketing.
  • Coaching and mentoring
    experience or an interest in developing others.
  • A continuous learning
    mindset: always seeking opportunities to grow your knowledge and skills.
  • Adaptability and an interest
    in working across various industries and changing environments.
  • Strong analytical and
    structured thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication
    skills: fluency in Dutch and/or French (for Belgium-based roles), along
    with a very good command of English.
