BenefitsSelux Corporation’s benefit philosophy is simple — we want to help our employees to build great futures. We are doing that through comprehensive health plans, wellness programs, dental and vision coverage, short and long term disability programs, company paid life insurance, 401(k), training programs, and an emphasis on work-life balance. Selux is committed to offering affordable benefit plans to its employees by having low employee contributions, co-payments, and deductibles, while providing access to the best possible care available. The Council of Industry has been the Hudson Valley's manufacturer’s association since 1910. We are a privately funded, not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting our member firms.
Our mission is to support manufacturers through workforce development and leadership programs, networking, and collective advocacy. Our initiatives include the Manufacturing Intermediary Apprenticeship Program (with the NYS Department of Labor), the Certificate in Manufacturing Leadership Series for frontline managers, and the Hudson Valley Manufacturing Career Hub, connecting employers with local talent. We also partner with local educational institutions to develop the next generation of skilled workers.
The Council is a trusted resource for collaboration, regulatory guidance, and best practices with the goal of building a stronger manufacturing community.
