We've partnered with a boutique law firm with phenomenal leaders who set out only a few years ago to take on big tech companies who are causing (among other things) dire harm to children, including responsibility for many child deaths.
We are looking for a mid-level litigation associate (approx. 4-10 years) with a solid AI and tech litigation background. You will be joining a team of six trial attorneys, with one of your main focuses being managing Discovery, and as needed, making court appearances in California courts. Equally if not more critical than your experience, is the need for a true Avenger who is truly passionate about this cause.
This position can be 100% remote! It will require a California Bar License, and preferably an attorney located in California, however, we are open to CA barred attorneys who do not reside in California.
Travel to the firm offices on the West Coast for team meetings, and eventual trials (to take place in Los Angeles), will be paid by the firm. So far, they have filed over sixty-five lawsuits worldwide, are both collaborating with and ruffling the feathers of US and State Legislators, Governors and heads of state in foreign countries, along with Google, Snap, Chat GPT, and other AI tech companies.
