SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
​​Liscio’s Italian Bakery, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to join our team at our new location. The ideal candidate
will have basic food preparation experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to food safety and
quality. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring food safety, and
maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
 Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are met at all times.
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas.
 Assist with ingredient prep, portioning, and stocking kitchen supplies as needed.
 Work efficient​​ly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
 Follow all safety and company policies, including proper use of kitchen equipment.
 Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen
operations.

REQUIREMENTS
 ​​Previous food preparation or line cook experience preferred.
 Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
 Strong work ethic and reliability.
 High School Diploma or GED preferred.
 Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
 Reliable transportation to and from work.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
 ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
 Experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment is preferred.
