WHO WE ARE:The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 140 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Lash Lifts, Brow Tints, Full Facial Threading, and more. We are proud to have a welcoming atmosphere simultaneously focusing on the health and overall care of our clients. We are looking for Experienced/Trained Lash Technicians to join us. You must still be willing to accept training with the Lash Lounge standards
(Without Exception) due to our commitment to standards of quality we intend to provide. Previous training could expedite this process, however you
MUST complete our franchise requirements. What does it mean to join our team?

- You MUST have a Nevada License in Esthetics or Cosmetology for employment
Our ideal Lash Artist has at 1-2 years experience and:
- Work 30-40 hours per week is mandatory.
- Work independently in a team environment
- Accomplish franchise Lash Artist requirements
- Highly motivated, personable, and willing to take your expertise to the next level
- All pre-screening requirements and proof of certifications MUST be available
Must have a Cosmetology or Esthetics license. Required Skills of a Lash Technician:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license/Nevada Required
- 1+ years as a Lash Technician required. Can you lead from the front?

Willing to work weekends and evenings; recommended Sundays to grow book of business
- Must complete all Lash Lounge Training regardless of said experience
- Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
