As a Lead Educator for our Toddler Room at Where We Grow Victoria Rd, Narre Warren , you will lead by example, creating an environment where learning thrives. Your role will involve delivering high-quality programs, monitoring and documenting children's progress, ensuring each child's individual portfolio reflects their development journey.
Mentoring and guiding less experienced educators will be a key part of your role, as you strive to create a cohesive and supportive team. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will maintain open and transparent channels with team members, children, and families.
