This opening is for applicants who have professional experience working previously as a paid Kennel Technician ONLY. If you have not worked as a Kennel Technician previously, please do not apply for this position. Instead, apply for one of our other positions not requiring experience.
Shady Acres Pet Ranch in Round Rock, TX is currently seeking to hire experienced kennel technicians who have a desire to work and interact with pets in a fun, engaging work environment.
Located on 3 beautiful acres of Brushy Creek frontage, under the cool shade of 100 year old oak trees… This is a boarding facility unlike anything you’ve seen before.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Beginning pay is $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience and energy brought to the workplace. This rate will be communicated along with other factors enhancing pay during the interview.
Additional Pay: Tips and Performance Bonuses

We board a very limited amount of dogs. This means that all of our four legged friends get the personal love and attention you would want them to have. Things operate at a more relaxed pace here.
Our guests spend the day running with friends on our securely fenced 3 acres, taking a dip in the cool waters of Brushy Creek, or stretched out in a shady meadow for an afternoon nap. Life is good!
