You're an experienced instructor who…🫵?

• Inspires and motivates people to perform at their best.
• Has proven experience coaching classes such as CrossFit, HYROX, HIIT, Cycling, or Running - or perhaps you are a Personal Trainer.
• Creates engaging, high-energy classes that members want to come back to.
• Is confident on stage and knows how to own the room.
• Builds strong connections and creates an inclusive community.
• Communicates clearly and thrives in front of groups.
• Is service-minded, professional, and a great team player.
• Is curious, open to feedback, and always looking to develop as a coach.
• Is 18 years or older.
• Can provide relevant fitness education/certifications or equivalent qualifications.

We are looking for instructors within Performance, Cycling, or Indoor Running.

The next recruitment event for experienced instructors will take place at SATS Nygårdsvej in Copenhagen 13. September 2026.

WE'LL GET YOU THERE! – SATS EDUCATION PATHS

We do not require you to have full instructor training before you start with us - we can support your education and career when you become a SATS Trainee!

Basic Theory - 279€

A basic education in exercise theory, anatomy and physiology is a must for all SATS Trainees. If you can't verify that you have this, you can join an online course with our partner Improve Education. This comes at a cost of 279€. Read more about the course powered by Improve Education here. When and if chosen to become a Trainee, you will receive a link where you register, pay and get started with the education.

SATS Educations - Free

Yes, you read it right, all SATS eduations are free of charge (value of 500-5000€ depending on path). We require 100% attendance and that you are approved after each course.
