Job Description

We seek an experienced Installation Technician with exceptional leadership skills to spearhead our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with extensive experience and expertise in telecommunications and network solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the integration and configuration of products/solutions.
• Validate products/solutions across various network environments.
• Manage software including licensing, upgrades, and backups.
• Supervise equipment management, ensuring accurate records of hardware assets and utilization.
• Handle cases for incidents and support requests, including complex troubleshooting.
• Manage the decommissioning process for Out-of-Service equipment.
• Administer and document systems effectively.
• Identify and propose improvements to enhance operational stability.
• Lead and participate in local and global improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
• Drive activities for solutions and tools development.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in a leadership role as an Installation Technician or a similar field.
• Profound understanding of advanced network configurations and protocols.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting complex issues.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
