The Role

This is a concierge-style, consultative approach—not transactional selling.

You’re guiding customers through:
• Smart home solutions
• Security offerings
• Service packages tailored to their needs

The better you are at communication + conversion, the more you earn.

Compensation

  • Base pay + uncapped commission
  • Most reps: $100K–$150K+
  • Top performers earn significantly more
  • No cap. No ceiling.

From there, it’s more of a concierge-style experience. You’re helping guide them through different options, making recommendations, and ultimately advising what makes the most sense for their home.
