About the Role:

The Learning Experience #470 in Pickerington, OH is looking for a passionate and nurturing Experienced Infant Teacher to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care and supervision for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities aligned with early childhood education curriculum
• Monitor and document infant milestones, daily activities, feeding, and sleep schedules
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating infant classroom that meets health and safety standards
• Collaborate with lead teachers and center staff to support a positive learning environment
• Follow all state licensing regulations and childcare center policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early childhood education setting
• Knowledge of infant development, SIDS prevention, and safe sleep practices
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• High school diploma required; CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Warm, patient, and compassionate demeanor with a genuine love for working with infants
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with families
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying infants

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
