About the Role:Join The Learning Experience #433 in Poughkeepsie, NY, as an Experienced Infant Teacher! We are dedicated to nurturing young minds and creating a warm, engaging environment for infants to thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities for infants.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Conduct regular assessments of children’s developmental milestones.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
• Foster positive relationships with infants and their families.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance educational programs.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Background check clearance required for employment.
