Seeking Experienced HVAC service technicians with great attitudes!

Job Requirements:

• Positive Attitude
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC
• Capable of troubleshooting complex HVAC systems
• Have a genuine desire to help people
• A desire to learn, grow, and be the best in this industry
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communicator
• Positive attitude and always ready to learn
• Learn and follow the proven Aire Serv systems and processes
• Diagnose, Repair, and Maintain HVAC equipment for Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
• Share on-call rotation duties with other service professionals
• Clean background with no felonies
• Drug-free workplace
• Over 21 with a clean driving record
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Able to run 4 to 6 calls per day
• Ability to work within a team environment

Hiring Process: Typically a 1-2 week process

• Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone interview
• Upon a successful phone interview, candidates will be scheduled for an in-person interview
• All candidates will be asked to complete several skills assessments
• FIT Interview(s) with team members
• Final Interview with Owner or Operations Manager
• Job Offer

Relocation assistance can be discussed for highly qualified applicants
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
