Management / Executive Trainee | Leasing focus,  experienced hire

As an Executive Trainee at the company, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience and develop essential skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Rotational Training:

• Engage in a structured training program where you will rotate through different departments and portfolios in Leasing.

• Project Support:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects under the guidance of senior team members. Contribute to research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with various teams and departments to understand their functions and operations. Foster effective communication and teamwork to drive collective success.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Propose and implement innovative ideas to streamline operations and improve business outcomes.

• Learning and Development:

• Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your knowledge and skills. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

• Relationship Building:

• Build professional relationships with colleagues, mentors, and stakeholders across different departments. Seek guidance and mentorship to accelerate your professional growth.

• Performance Evaluation:

• Regularly review and assess your performance with the support of supervisors and mentors. Actively seek feedback and take the necessary steps to improve your skills and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of working experience in retail & office leasing and strategy gained in sizable/ reputable organizations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Prior internship or work experience in a related field will be advantageous.
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
