What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Experience: 2+ years in gutter installation (K-style & half round) or general exterior construction.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and 18+ years of age.
• Drive: A positive attitude, excellent communication, and a team-first mindset.
• Resilience: Ability to work outdoors in all seasons/weather conditions.
• Commitment: Willingness to work overtime and a desire to help us maintain a positive, productive job site.
• Bonus Points: OSHA certification or formal ladder safety training.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
