Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• At least 4 years of experience in Global Mobility Tax, personal income taxation, tax compliance, or international assignment services (experience in SSC specializing in Global Mobility would be particularly welcome);
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field;
• Knowledge of personal income tax, social security regulations, and global mobility processes;
• Understanding of how the coordination of social security systems works.
• Experience working with internationally mobile employees, tax matters, and cross-border employment scenarios;
• English proficiency at a B2-C1 level;
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset;
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently;
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development.

Your future role

• Review and interpret financial and employment-related information to determine tax obligations and ensure accurate assessment of liabilities for internationally mobile employees;
• Analyze cross-border employment arrangements and other transactions to determine appropriate income tax treatment and reporting requirements;
• Review and file tax documents, using structured templates, and complete individuals’ tax reporting;
• Support team members in delivering global mobility compliance and advisory services;
• Ensure that all relevant risk procedures are adhered to on engagements;
• Cultivate and maintain internal team and client relationships;
• Participate in ad hoc compliance and advisory projects related to global mobility, personal taxation, and employee reporting.
