• 2nd Shift: $21.00/hour

Abacus Staffing is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Aurora, IL We are looking for dependable and safety-conscious individuals with experience operating multiple types of powered industrial trucks in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
• Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
• Pick customer orders using warehouse management systems and RF scanners
• Replenish inventory and perform stock movements as needed
• Conduct equipment inspections before and after use
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and location tracking
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required

Requirements

• Previous experience operating Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, and EPJ
• Ability to pass a forklift assessment/certification process
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

1st Shift

• Monday through Friday
• Pay: $20.00/hour

2nd Shift

• Monday through Friday
• Pay: $21.00/hour
