We are looking for a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant to work across all of our Food & Beverage team! As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be at the heart of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. With your attention to detail, initiative, and passion for hospitality, you’ll deliver exceptional service across our restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys a WOW experience.

Food & Beverage Attendant:

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be at the heart of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your role is to provide exceptional service with a focus on attention to detail, initiative, and guest satisfaction. Whether serving in any of our Food and Beverage outlets, you will be a key part of delivering a WOW experience to every guest.

• Work across all Food and Beverage areas, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Upsell and respond to guest feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits for accurate recommendations.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and accommodate allergy or dietary requirements accurately.

Skills & Experience

• At least 1-year of previous experience in Food and Beverage in New Zealand is a must
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Impeccable presentation and grooming
• Full flexibility to work on a rotational roster across 7 days
