Are you a skilled mechanic who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Join our team as a Vehicle Shop Mechanic and play a vital role in keeping our diverse fleet running smoothly all year long. From rugged snowcats and earth movers to shuttles, buses and company vehicles, you’ll work on a wide range of equipment essential to the guest and employee experience at our mountain resort. This full-time, year-round position offers stability, great benefits, and unbeatable perks!
As a key player in our Vehicle Shop team, you’ll perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and on-site repairs while collaborating with fellow technicians. You’ll also assist in vehicle recovery and special projects; all while enjoying the unique challenges and rewards of a seasonal mountain operation.

This is a full-time, year-round, benefited position

Qualifications and Experience
• Must be at least 19 years of age for insurance purposes
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Advanced understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to perform work in all outdoor weather conditions including snow and rain
• Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• Basic Welding Skills
• ASE Certified
• Equipment operation experience (Snowcats, Plow Trucks, Snowmobiles)

Compensation:

• Wage: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
