Location: Santa Clara, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday
7:0 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends

Compensation

Base Pay + Commission
$100,000–$150,000+ Earning Potential

About the Opportunity

We are a busy, high-performing independent European automotive repair facility looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is sales-driven, customer-focused, organized, and motivated by achieving goals and earning strong income.

We are seeking a professional who understands how to build trust with customers, sell repair recommendations from inspections, and create an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Build long-term customer relationships and trust
• Write estimates and sell repair recommendations
• Order parts and coordinate repair workflow
• Communicate vehicle needs clearly with customers and technicians
• Follow up on inspections and recommended services
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales goals
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Independent repair shop experience required
• Dealership-only experience will not be considered
• Proven track record of sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Strong experience selling repairs from inspections
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
• Professional, organized, and reliable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude
• Valid and clean driver’s license required
