The role in more details:
Analyze regulatory & policy frameworks related to renewable and low-carbon gases and fuels, as well as natural gas in the EU and national context.
Contribute to energy (gas, renewable gas, fuels) markets related research and data analysis
Support with the implementation of complex projects to help our clients implement policies and strategies
Support the full acquisition process of relevant projects
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
Integrated Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
Master of Science/Engineering would be considered a strong asset
Advanced knowledge of the natural gas market and the relevant regulatory context
Good knowledge of hydrogen and biogas/biomethane technologies, regulatory and policy frameworks at national and EU level
Prior experience in waste to energy projects will be considered an asset
Experience in drafting proposals for IFI donors will be considered an asset
8-10 years’ experience in relevant fields
Prior experience in consulting will be considered a strong asset
Excellent command of spoken and written Greek & English
Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
Excellent command of excel
Organization skills and critical thinking
Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
An extremely high work ethic
Team player, agile and able to multi-task
Motivation for career progression and development
Fulfilled obligations imposed by legislation on military service
