Midwest Aerospace Casting, one of the leading aerospace foundries in the United States, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our facility.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment

- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of an electrician program at a technical or trade school preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repairs

- Must be able to pass electrical examination for Town of Merrillville, Indiana.

- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills basic PC/Internet skills such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
