Job Description

Are You the One They Call When It Has to Be Done Right?

Most technicians just fix what's broken. You install it right, service it right, and own it until it performs the way it should.

At DuraServ, we're building an elite team of technicians who install, service, and maintain the commercial dock and door systems that keep our customers' businesses moving. If you take pride in your craft, thrive on solving real mechanical challenges, and want the trust to run your work like a professional — this role is built for you.

THE MISSION

  • Install with Precision: Perform professional installations of commercial doors, docks, levelers, and related equipment — built to last and built to spec.
  • Service with Mastery: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, including emergency service calls.
  • Own the Outcome: Take full responsibility from first bolt to final walkthrough, ensuring safety, durability, and customer confidence.
  • Build Relationships: Communicate clearly with customers, explain issues and solutions, and deliver "boardroom-ready" service documentation.
  • Raise the Bar: Share best practices and mentor teammates to maintain an elite standard across the field.

WHO YOU ARE

A True Problem-Solver: You don't guess — you diagnose root causes and deliver lasting solutions.

Highly Accountable: You manage your work, tools, and time like it's your own business.

Installation & Service Capable: Comfortable with new installs, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs.

Professional & Respectful: Your conduct represents the brand as much as your technical skill.

A Competitor: You take pride in being the technician who handles the jobs others can't.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Autonomy & Trust: Freedom from micromanagement, backed by leadership that respects your expertise.
  • Premium Tools & Training: Modern equipment, paid training, and manufacturer certifications.
  • Elite Team Environment: Work alongside high-performing technicians — no slackers, no shortcuts.
  • Strong Foundation: Competitive hourly pay, benefits, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO.

We Don't Just Fix Doors. We Keep Commerce Moving.

If you're ready to install, service, and own work you're proud to put your name on — we want to talk to you. Apply today.
