Experienced Dental Nurse - Earls Court & Barnet - Full-time

We are seeking 2 highly experienced Dental Nurses to join our Earls Court and Barnet practices respectively. The ideal candidate will be someone with combines exceptional chairside expertise especially in the field of Implant dentistry and/or Sedation, excellent communication and a patient-first mindset.

This is a pivotal role for a Dental Nurse who enjoys leading by example, supporting clinical excellence, and mentoring nursing teams within a premium private practice environment.

What Your Day Will Look Like

You will:

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance to a variety of experienced clinicians
• Oversee day-to-day nursing duties to ensure smooth, efficient clinical workflows.
• Maintain exemplary infection control standards and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians, Treatment Coordinators, and management to deliver a seamless patient journey.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and service excellence.

How You Can Thrive at Zental

Essential

• GDC registered Dental Nurse with more than 5 years experience
• Extensive experience in a private or mixed dental practice.
• Experienced in Implant dentistry
• Strong understanding of clinical standards, compliance, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, patient-focused mindset with a calm, confident presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment.

Desirable

• IV Sedation nursing qualification or experience.
• Experience supporting performance, training, and team development.
• > 10 years experienced
• Experience as a lead or head nurse
