Main tasks:
The Operating Office - Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and reliability of databases used for IT service operations and ITSM processes. This role focuses exclusively on operation-relevant databases supporting service management, monitoring, reporting, and operational tooling. The DBA ensures that these databases are stable, performant, secure, and compliant with operational standards, enabling reliable service operations across the IT service management and operations landscape. The role is hands-on and operational and does not cover product or application databases, nor advisory activities for product teams.
