Experienced Consultant – Turkish / Azerbaijani Speaker

We are now looking for an entrepreneurial experienced consultant to help strengthen and expand our presence in Azerbaijan and the surrounding region.

The Opportunity

BTS is already delivering projects in Azerbaijan and sees strong potential for continued growth. This role is a unique opportunity to help shape and scale our footprint in the market.

While we do not currently have a physical office in Azerbaijan, this position plays a critical role in building long-term client relationships, expanding opportunities, and representing BTS locally. The role can be based in Italy, Azerbaijan or Turkey, with regular travel as required.

What You’ll Do

You will:

• Structure and solve complex strategic and organizational challenges for clients across industries.
• Lead the design and delivery of multi-workstream transformation and stratery implementation initiatives.
• Facilitate high-impact workshops, simulations, and leadership programs (in-person and virtual).
• Partner closely with senior executives, earning trusted advisor status.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and building strong local networks.
• Collaborate with BTS global teams and Centers of Excellence to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Act as a bridge between the local market and our international teams, ensuring alignment, quality, and impact.

This role combines client leadership, delivery excellence, and market development in an entrepreneurial environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in consulting or a corporate strategy/leadership role.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship building.
• Ability to connect business strategy, financial drivers, and operating models to learning and transformation initiatives.
• Experience facilitating executive workshops or development programs.
• High accountability, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in evolving market environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional maturity, humility, and strong team orientation.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Turkish / Azerbaijani (Azeri)
• Fluent in English
