Master’s degree in engineering, economics/ business or a related field
2+ years of experience in management consulting, ideally with additional experience in industrial companies
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and open-minded approach
Team player with excellent collaboration skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in a Nordic language and English
