Job Description

Requirements:

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Active EPA Certification
• Valid Driver's License & clean driving record
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• A 'self-starter' attitude and the ability to accomplish tasks promptly.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely climb and balance on a ladder and work in elevated/high locations.
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle, including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection forms.
• Maintain proper vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.

General working hours:7:30 AM – 4:00 PM M-F with on-call rotations

On-Call Program and Compensation:

• You will receive paid time to be available if you are on-call.
• Time-and-half pay for calls completed after business hours.
• Double-time pay for calls completed on Sundays and between 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Triple Time for calls completed on Holidays recognized by Temp-Con.
• Optional Friday off following a weekend on-call shift.
• Up to $65 per hour based on experience.

Salary: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
