About House Made Hospitality

House Made Hospitality is a Sydney-based, globally-inspired group built on people, quality, and care. Since launching Hinchcliff House in 2021, we’ve grown to 16 distinctive venues, delivering exceptional food and drink experiences across Sydney.

Hinchcliff House Venues

• Apollonia – A moody, history-rich Sicilian bar with big negronis, bold cocktails, and a lot of heart.
• Grana – Our Italian restaurant, serving fresh, high-quality produce with simple, delicious drinks and warm hospitality, from lunch until late.
• Lana – A one-hatted dining experience by Executive Chef Alex Wong, blending European and Asian flavours with modern elegance.

The Role – Bartender

We’re looking for an experienced bartender who loves creating memorable moments and crafting exceptional cocktails. If you bring personality, passion, and a love for hospitality, we’ll provide training, growth, and plenty of fun.
