At Baptist Health Louisville, we provide a full scope of surgical services (excluding organ transplants) across multiple specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, and thoracic. We are seeking a dedicated Circulating Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team, providing high-tech, patient-focused care in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the nursing process for patients across all age groups (infant to geriatric)
Ensure patient safety by following all safety policies and procedures
Assess physiological responses to surgery and manage patient care accordingly
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each patient
Contribute to the department’s success by taking personal responsibility and accountability in your role

Requirements:
Active Kentucky RN License
BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire
