Right at Home is currently seeking experienced and compassionate caregivers who are confident and skilled in using a Hoyer lift. This position is ideal for caregivers who have hands-on experience with safe transfers and are comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility.

Our goal is to provide the highest level of care while ensuring both client and caregiver safety. If you have prior experience with Hoyer lifts and understand proper transfer techniques, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely assist clients with transfers using a Hoyer lift
  • Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
  • Assist with repositioning and mobility support
  • Monitor client safety and comfort at all times
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in condition

Requirements:

  • REQUIRED: Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift
  • Ability to safely transfer clients with limited or no mobility
  • Prior caregiving experience (home care or facility)
  • Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor
  • Ability to follow directions and care plans carefully
  • Must be dependable and punctual

Preferred (but not required):

  • CNA or Home Care Aide certification
  • Experience with bed-bound or hospice clients

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
