What You Will Do

Your day-to-day efforts will help clients stay independent and thrive doing the things they love. Responsibilities include:

  • Personal Care Support: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.

  • Mobility & Wellness: Help with transfers, ambulation, and light range-of-motion exercises.

  • Nutrition: Handle meal planning, grocery shopping, preparation, and feeding assistance.

  • Household Management: Keep environments safe and clean with light housekeeping and laundry.

  • Companionship: Provide meaningful socialization, activities, and much-needed respite for family members.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking dedicated, reliable professionals who have a genuine passion for elevating the lives of others.

  • The Right Heart: A sincere desire to help others live their best lives possible.

  • Background: Some college education or medical training (CNA, HHA, or PCA experience) is a plus.

  • Reliability: Access to safe, dependable transportation to travel to client homes.

  • Language Skills (Highly Desired): We are looking for caregivers fluent in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Tagalog/Philippine languages to best support our diverse community members!

  • Commitment: A strong work ethic and a desire for consistent, meaningful work.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: [Insert Hourly Rate Range, e.g., $18.00 - $22.00 / hour]
