About the Role:
Join Generations Home Care as an Experienced Caregiver in the Phoenix area, where your compassion and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are committed to providing high-quality, personalized care, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who share our passion for helping others.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
  • Handle laundry and run errands (if needed).
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Helping to create a positive, uplifting environment
  • Clock in and out of Shift via our on-line App
  • Documentation of Visit in our on-line App
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience in a home care or healthcare setting.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.
  • Background check clearance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
