$90-120k + Bonus + Super + Fuel Compensation | Work locally in Jandakot | Progress to Advanced & Specialist

Duties

  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBA) across home, office and community settings
  • Develop interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Implement evidence-based PBS strategies and reduce restrictive practices
  • Train and coach families, carers and multidisciplinary support teams
  • Complete compliant NDIS documentation and meet reporting timeframes

Skills & Experience

  • Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability with active practitioner number
  • Relevant qualification in psychology, social work, OT, speech pathology or similar
  • Experience delivering PBS within NDIS at Core level.
  • Strong assessment, formulation and report writing skills
  • Driver’s licence, vehicle access and willingness to travel locally
