Your Role:
As part of our barista team, your responsibilities will include:
☕ Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks to a high standard.
🧾 Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments efficiently.
😊 Providing friendly, welcoming, and attentive customer service.
🥐 Assisting customers with menu queries and making recommendations where appropriate.
🧼 Keeping the coffee station, counter, and customer areas clean, organised, and well stocked.
🔄 Working efficiently as part of the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods.
