Caloundra GWM, part of the well-established Pacific Gympie Dealership Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing service team on the Sunshine Coast.

With dealerships in Gympie, Maroochydore and Caloundra, our group represents multiple automotive brands and continues to expand across the region. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional, well-equipped workshop with a supportive team and consistent workflow.

About the Role

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and servicing customer vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure high-quality workmanship and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
• Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles

• Complete repairs in line with manufacturer specifications
• Accurately record repair information and technician notes on repair order
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with the service team to meet workshop targets

About You:

• Qualified Light Vehicle Technician (Cert III Automotive Techology)
• Previous experience working in a dealership or busy workshop
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work efficiently and manage your time effectively
• A positive attitude and and strong team mindset
• Current Australian Driver's License (MANDATORY)
