Experienced Automotive Technician (B Level) | Up to $96K+

Compensation

• $35-$42 per hour, based on experience
• $1,300-$1,500 per week during probationary period
• Up to $96,000+ annual earning potential

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and basic diagnostics
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Communicate findings clearly with advisors and team members
• Continue developing technical and diagnostic skills
• Contribute positively to the team culture

What We're Looking For

• Experienced B-Level Automotive Technician
• Basic diagnostic ability
• DVI experience required
• Tekmetric experience is a plus
• Technology-driven and comfortable with shop software
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license
• Proven track record of quality work
• Strong communication skills
• Team player who is coachable and willing to learn
• Able to accept constructive feedback
• Drama-free attitude
