As a sales specialist, you will build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases in our no-haggle sales environment. Using excellent communication and listening skills, you'll help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. Lastly, you will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.

Our story began in 1967, when Mike Leep Sr. started as a car salesman at Highland Dodge. Driven by determination and a passion for the automotive industry, Mike quickly rose through the ranks and realized his dream of becoming a dealer in 1974 when he acquired Highland Dodge. Together with his former business partner, Van Gurley, Mike expanded the business to South Bend, IN, in 1977, acquiring the Buick store downtown. This marked the beginning of what has become one of the largest and most respected automotive groups in the Midwest.
