What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Automotive Sales Experience required (Cadillac or luxury brand experience is a strong plus)

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of follow‑up

  • Excellent communication skills — in person, over the phone, and via email/text

  • Strong product knowledge and willingness to stay current with evolving technologies

  • Ability to accurately assess customer needs and present appropriate vehicle solutions

  • Computer proficiency and comfort navigating CRM systems

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a premium purchase experience to every guest, from greeting to delivery

  • Guide customers through the sales process with expertise, transparency, and care

  • Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and assist customers with selecting the best options

  • Maintain consistent follow‑up with leads and past clients to build long‑term relationships

  • Stay informed on inventory, incentives, product updates, and Cadillac brand standards

  • Collaborate with management and team members to meet dealership goals

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all paperwork and processes
