• Compensation: Flat Rate $25–$48/hr (Pay based on experience and ASE certifications)
• Schedule: 4-day work week

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
• Perform maintenance and repair services efficiently and accurately
• Conduct inspections and communicate findings clearly
• Work closely with service advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow shop processes, safety standards, and quality expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Have professional automotive repair experience
• Can properly diagnose and complete repairs independently
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Take pride in doing the job right
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Bring a positive attitude and team mentality

Strongly Preferred

• ASE Certifications
• Diagnostic experience
• Strong drivability and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in independent shops or dealerships
