About Strut Daddy's

Strut Daddy's is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join its team in Roxboro, NC. At least 5 years of automotive repair industry experience is required for this position.

This is not an entry-level opportunity. The right candidate will bring significant automotive industry experience and be ready to manage customer relationships, estimates, follow-up, and service sales in a fast-paced independent repair shop.

This position offers $80,000–$100,000+ in annual earning potential, along with 100% employee health insurance coverage, paid holidays, and paid training.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer appointments and guide customers through the automotive repair process
• Prepare and present service estimates clearly and professionally
• Educate customers about recommended vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Build customer confidence and help customers make informed service decisions
• Work toward a goal of writing and selling $100,000+ in automotive services per month
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced repair environment
• Collaborate with the shop team to support an efficient customer experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair industry experience required
• Strong automotive service sales and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate vehicle service and repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Ability to manage appointments, estimates, customer follow-up, and multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing independent repair shop environment
• Positive, driven, and team-oriented approach to the work
• Dealership experience is welcome for candidates prepared to work in an independent shop environment
