Compensation & Opportunity
Expected First-Year Earnings: $65,000–$85,000+
Top performers have the opportunity to earn even more.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying process
- Follow up consistently with internet leads, phone opportunities, and previous customers
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Work closely with sales management and other departments
- Maintain an active customer pipeline
- Ask for referrals and build repeat business
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through delivery and beyond
- Consistently work toward and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
