What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
• Confidently sell new and pre-owned vehicles while exceeding monthly sales goals.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and clearly explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Present customized sales proposals that align with each customer’s preferences and budget.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to test drive to final delivery.
• Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Represent the Jim Shorkey brand with professionalism and pride.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay sharp and informed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Spanish and English – bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!
• Minimum 2 years of auto sales experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong vehicle knowledge and confidence in closing deals.
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays
