As an Experienced Associate in Organizational Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their transformation challenges by developing effective change management strategies. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, aligning them with strategic goals for long-term success. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and adaptability, contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage in research, support senior staff, and participate in project tasks, all while building your personal brand and understanding the broader objectives of your role.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and implement tailored solutions to enhance change adoption and facilitate smooth transitions. You will design comprehensive communication plans to engage stakeholders effectively and identify training needs to support successful change initiatives. Your ability to work through ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities will be crucial as you contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development. By fostering an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment, you will continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.

Responsibilities

- Developing change management strategies using established frameworks and methodologies
- Conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform engagement plans
- Designing and implementing communication strategies to drive stakeholder awareness and engagement
- Crafting tailored solutions to enhance change adoption and facilitate smooth transitions
- Identifying training needs and creating comprehensive training plans using advanced instructional design techniques
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address challenges and align expectations with change initiatives
- Utilizing business process analysis and organizational design skills to optimize client structures and processes
- Engaging in organizational consulting to support clients in achieving strategic goals
- Leveraging GenAI tools to enhance productivity and delivery quality in change management projects
- Participating in pursuit teams and proposal development with innovative approaches and methodologies
- Staying informed on trends and advancements in organizational change management
- Building internal relationships and contributing to the development of the PwC brand

What You Must Have

- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Sociology, Psychology

- Certifications in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci, or any certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Solutions, are considered a plus
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
