A career in Finance Operations within Internal Firm Services offers the opportunity to be part of PwC’s end-to-end invoice-to-cash (I2C) processes, supporting core areas such as billing, work-in-progress (WIP) and receivables.
In this role, you will play a key part in executing critical finance operations that impact financial accuracy, revenue recognition and cash collection. You will focus on ensuring processes are carried out accurately, completely and on time—supporting the firm’s ability to bill correctly and manage working capital effectively.
At the same time, you will be exposed to process improvement and finance transformation initiatives, supporting the team in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls and improve ways of working.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including regional and global teams, to resolve operational matters, enhance data quality, improve workflows and support more efficient, scalable ways of working.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate to join our team.
This role sits within PwC’s invoice-to-cash (I2C) cycle, covering areas such as customer records, job codes, client billings, work-in-progress,timecardsand receivables.
You will support the execution of finance processes with discipline and accuracy, working closely with senior team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will also have opportunities to contribute ideas and support initiatives to improve how these processes are performed over time.
This is a role for someone who understands that getting the fundamentals right is key to financial integrity, and who is motivated to learn, improve and grow within a structured operational environment.
WhatYou’llDo
Support core finance operations
Execute assigned tasks within the I2C cycle (e.g. billing, WIP, receivables, time)
Ensure transactions and data are processed accurately, completely and within timelines
Follow established processes,controlsand approval requirements
Support resolution of operational issues to ensure smooth execution
Maintain data quality and process discipline
Perform checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
Identifydiscrepancies or issues and escalate appropriately
Ensure adherence to internal policies,proceduresand SLA requirements
Assistin process improvements and transformation
Support identification of recurring issues or inefficiencies in processes
Assistin implementing process improvements,automationor system changes
Participate in transformation initiatives through data gathering, testing or coordination activities
Collaborate with stakeholders
Work closely with engagement teams and internal stakeholders to support operational matters
Provide clear andtimelyresponses to queries
Escalate issues where necessary to ensure resolution
Work as part of a team
Collaborate with team members across related processes within the I2C cycle
Ensure smooth handoffs between activities
Support team priorities and contribute to overall team performance

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualifications
Fluent in English
Familiarity with tools such as Excel; exposure to Power BI or automation tools is an advantage
This role will be on 12-month contractarrangementand the contract can beextended or converted to permanent based on performance.
