Affinity Automotive Services is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Wichita, KS. This growing independent repair shop offers approximately $60,000 in base salary with $100,000–$125,000+ OTE, a Monday–Friday schedule, and an opportunity to grow as the shop expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers and guide them through repair decisions.
• Prepare accurate estimates and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Help customers understand their vehicle’s service and repair needs.
• Work closely with technicians to support quality and efficient workflow.
• Support shop performance while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional, transparent communication.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Independent repair shop experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, integrity-focused approach to customer service.
• Organized and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
• Driven, collaborative, and team-oriented.

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximately $60,000 base salary.
• $100,000–$125,000+ OTE through base salary + commission.
• Weekly advance against commission.

• 1 week of PTO after 1 year and 2 weeks after 3 years.
