Our team forms part of L&H Pricing & Portfolio Performance (PPP) within the Chief Underwriting Office (CUO) PPP combines pricing discipline with portfolio oversight to ensure consistent risk management, profitability, and performance across both new business and in‑force portfolios.
The L&H Experience Studies (ES) Centre, within PPP, is responsible for the governance, methodologies, and tooling of Experience Studies across L&H Re globally. The ES Centre develops, maintains, and evolves the Experience Studies Platform (ESP) and associated tools, while providing guidance, standards, and expert support to regional teams that execute Experience Studies locally.
This role sits within the Experience Studies Centre and does not run experience studies Instead, it focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining tools, defining standards, and enabling Experience Studies teams worldwide to run high‑quality, consistent studies.
The role is responsible for delivering and continuously improving state‑of‑the‑art analytical tools, platforms, and methodologies that support Experience Studies across L&H. Acting as both a developer and Experience Studies expert, the role provides technical leadership, programming expertise, and methodological guidance to ensure effective, scalable, and well‑governed Experience Studies.
