An exciting opportunity now exists for an Experience Product Manager to join our Member Experience team on a 24-month max term contract.
As the Experience Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of digital tools and data products that help us understand and improve our members’ digital experience. Working with teams across the organisation and a squad of data analysts, you'll ensure data, member feedback and experience insights are translated into actions that improve our digital experiences.
Note: This role leads digital experience performance data products and data analysts, leveraging source system data and platforms such as Qualtrics and VWO to derive insights. Google Analytics platform management and SEO tool ownership sit outside the role and insights are leveraged in partnership with other teams.
