About the role:

As an Experience Marketing Specialist within our EMEA Experience Marketing team, you will help shape and bring to life outstanding consumer experiences across our Care category, covering Dish or Fabric Care. Reporting to the Experience Marketing Director for Care EMEA, you will connect consumer insights, product experiences, messaging, and marketing execution to ensure our products and services address real consumer needs and inspire purchase decisions.

Working across functions and markets, you will support the development of compelling marketing assets and the end-to-end commercial launch process for selected projects. From identifying consumer needs and market opportunities to coordinating content development and launch activities, you will help deliver impactful storytelling and consistent experiences across EMEA. If you are passionate about consumers, enjoy turning insights into action, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

What you'll do:

As an Experience Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with Experience Marketing Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop compelling consumer experiences and deliver successful commercial launches.

In detail you will

  • Explore consumer and market opportunities by supporting consumer insight analysis, competitor benchmarking, market assessments, and messaging development for selected Care projects.
  • Support project and launch management by coordinating key activities, timelines, and deliverables to help ensure successful commercial launches across EMEA.
  • Brief and review marketing deliverables throughout the commercial launch process, ensuring high-quality marketing assets and toolkits are available to local markets on time and in full.
  • Coordinate content development in collaboration with Marketing Operations and Content teams, supporting the process from initial brief to final deliverables.
  • Partner with local market teams to understand market-specific requirements, support content adaptation, and encourage effective use of marketing materials.
  • Support marketing activations and events including partnerships, PR events, product sampling, sales meetings, and other initiatives that bring our consumer experiences and brand storytelling to life.
  • Share best practices and drive synergies with Experience Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives and improve execution across EMEA.

Who you are:

You are a consumer-focused and data-driven marketer who combines analytical thinking with creativity and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences. You are organized, agile, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and adapt quickly in a dynamic, international environment.

  • A university degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, product, or business development within a consumer-focused company, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret consumer and market insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the flexibility to manage multiple projects and collaborate across time zones when required.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Where you will be:

You will be based in Stockholm at our modern global headquarters, where more than 1,200 colleagues work together. We embrace a hybrid setup that offers up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while encouraging regular office presence to foster creativity, collaboration, and connection.

Benefits include:

  • Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services.
  • Family-friendly benefits and support for work-life balance.
  • Insurance and other locally applicable employee benefits.
  • Extensive learning opportunities and support for your professional development.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with international teams and build a career across functions and markets.
  • A collaborative and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives and new ideas are valued.

As part of Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development. There are no barriers to where your career could take you.
