The role

As an Experience Marketing Specialist within our EMEA Experience Marketing team, you will help turn consumer insights into compelling experiences, meaningful messaging, and impactful marketing assets for our Care category, covering Dish or Fabric Care. Working at the intersection of consumer understanding, marketing, content, and commercial execution, you will help ensure our products and services address real consumer needs and inspire purchase decisions.

You will contribute to the development and launch of new experiences across EMEA, collaborating with teams across functions and markets to bring our propositions to life. From exploring consumer needs and market opportunities to coordinating launch materials and activations, you will help deliver consistent, engaging storytelling that connects with consumers and makes a positive impact on everyday living. If you are curious, collaborative, and energized by turning ideas into action, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

What you will do:

As an Experience Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with Experience Marketing Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop compelling consumer experiences and deliver successful commercial launches.

In detail, you will:

  • Translate consumer insights into action by supporting consumer research, competitor benchmarking, market assessments, and other analyses that inform experience and messaging development.
  • Support commercial launches by coordinating selected projects and ensuring launch plans and marketing materials are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Brief and review marketing assets in collaboration with Content and Marketing Operations teams, helping develop effective toolkits that drive consumer engagement, conversion, and purchase intent.
  • Collaborate with local market teams to address market-specific needs, support effective content implementation, and ensure consistency across EMEA.
  • Coordinate project activities and timelines across functions and geographies, helping stakeholders stay aligned on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Contribute to activations and events by supporting partnerships, PR events, product sampling, sales meetings, and other initiatives that bring our brand storytelling and experiences to life.
  • Share best practices and identify opportunities to create synergies, scale successful initiatives, and continuously improve our marketing execution across markets.

Who you are:

You are a consumer-focused and data-driven marketer who enjoys bringing people together to turn insights into impactful experiences. You combine strong organizational skills with an agile mindset, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.

  • A university degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Around 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, product, or business development within a consumer-focused company, with examples of successful delivery.
  • Experience coordinating projects, managing stakeholders, and working cross-functionally to deliver marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate consumer, competitor, and market insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the flexibility to manage multiple projects and work across time zones when needed.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Where you will be

You will be based in Stockholm at our modern global headquarters, where more than 1,200 colleagues work together. We embrace a hybrid setup that offers up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while encouraging regular office presence to foster creativity, collaboration, and connection. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for one year, covering maternity leave.

Benefits include:

  • Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services.
  • Family-friendly benefits and support for work-life balance.
  • Insurance and other locally applicable employee benefits.
  • Extensive learning opportunities and support for your professional development.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with international teams and build a career across functions and markets.
  • A collaborative and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives and new ideas are valued.
